We do our best to make sure that every print we sell arrives in perfect condition. To best demonstrate the care we take with our prints, we've put together the following pictures to illustrate our shipping process:

First, we use a piece of corrugate to cushion the prints inside the shipping tube.

Next, we use a piece of acid-free paper to keep the print from coming into contact with the corrugate or the shipping tube itself.

Before we ship any print, we inspect it to make sure it is in perfect condition.

To keep the prints from rubbing against each other, we use a layer of tissue.

Of course, we include the Certificates of Authenticity for limited edition prints.

We use heavy-duty shipping tubes to prevent damage in shipment.

After sealing the other end of the tube, the prints are ready for shipment. Most of our prints are shipped via the United States Postal Service or via United Parcel Service.

One question we are often asked is, "Can I get that shipped flat?" We ship our larger prints rolled for several reasons. Shipping prints flat greatly increases the chance that the prints will be damaged in shipment, and shipping flat greatly increases the shipping cost. We receive all of our larger products rolled, because the art publishers understand that shipping the prints rolled is the best way to ensure safe delivery. Obviously, because we receive the prints rolled, the prints won't be damaged by rolling them again for shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you get your order and don't like what you received, send it back in the same condition in which you received it and we'll gladly refund your money. If there is a defect in the item or if it was damaged in shipment, please email or call us to arrange for a replacement or refund.

We don't like setting time limits for returns or exchanges, because many of our customers will wait a few months before having their purchase framed and may not, therefore, notice a problem until long after their purchase. As long as it is within reason, we'll do what we can to make things right.

Privacy Policy

First Art Source Internet Community collects personal information on our websites. This information will not be disclosed to anyone outside the company, with the following exceptions:
  • We will give your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address to our shipping provider when an order is shipped through them.
  • We may give your contact information to our credit card servicing company for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of a transaction.
  • We may disclose information if required by a government entity or mandated by a court order.
Our web servers record Internet domain and host names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that our site is accessed. We do not use cookies on our websites. We use the information we collect to improve the performance and usability of our sites.

Infrequently, we contact our customers via email or telephone to let them know about special offers. If you do not wish to be contacted in this manner, please let us know and we will remove you from our mailing list.
